Meriel offers warm, welcoming classes that blend dynamic Vinyasa and restorative yoga, with a focus on feeling good in your body. Brought up in a family that values well-being and self awareness, she has a natural interest in personal growth. She loves bringing people together through movement, connection, and shared experiences – always with plenty of fun and laughter.
With a love of travel – exploring and learning about new cultures and languages, being creative with paints and textiles, being immersed in nature gathering from hedgerows, hiking, wild swimming, and all things adventurous, she infuses her teaching with a fun-loving, authentic, lighthearted spirit.

Peak District – Meriel loves the vast expanse of rolling hills, valleys, and rivers that make it easy to slow down and reconnect in the Peak District.
Cornwall – having grown up in the South West, Meriel has a strong connection to the open moorland and beautiful coastlines that this part of the world has to offer.
Madeira – Meriel loves the beautiful, old mansion that the retreat is hosted in. Sitting on the plant adorned balcony with a book and one of the many utterly delicious, vegan treats that the chef provided – heaven!
