English is widely spoken, making travel easy, while the local currency is the Norwegian Krone (NOK).

Our yoga holidays combine magical winter activities with daily yoga sessions designed to restore both body and mind. Expect invigorating snow-shoe hiking, dog sledging and moments of stillness with panoramic views. Whether you are new to snow based activites or experienced, each yoga retreat is carefully balanced between activity and relaxation.
