Agata Giovanoli-Jakubczak
Endlessly curious, Agata loves travel, nature, and connecting with people. Having lived and worked across three continents, she enjoys discovering new places, perspectives, and experiences. She’s completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and has taught in studios, surf camps and retreats across Europe. She’s also a life coach with a keen interest in psychology, philosophy and how the body and mind affect each other.
For Agata, yoga goes beyond physical movement. It’s a chance to slow down, turn inwards, and explore a deeper sense of who we are and what we’re part of. She believes yoga can help us welcome more playfulness, creativity, and softness into everyday life, carrying what we learn on the mat beyond it. What she loves most about retreats is the little community that forms over the week, from time spent outdoors together to the quieter moments when nobody needs to be anywhere.

Her warm, down-to-earth approach welcomes all levels, with energising flows, creative balancing sequences, grounding practices, breathwork, and meditation. She encourages curiosity over perfection, helping guests enjoy the practice without taking it too seriously.
Additional retreat offerings:
