Join us through the year for our 3-night yoga hiking holiday in the Peak District at a stunning venue in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley area. A stunning venue with beautiful views and a day packed full of yoga, delicious food and guided hikes, you will leave feeling like you have had a full escape away.

Your modern home for these Peak District hiking retreats has all the cosy comforts you could ever need: plush sofas, outdoor seating, a large outdoor decking that wraps around the building overlooking an expansive valley view down to the river below, and a firepit to star and moon gaze from in the Peak District night sky. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for curling up with a book, relaxing in the sun on the terrace, or chatting with your new retreat friends. In the colder months, the underfloor heating keeps you cosy, and the wood burner is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day after a day filled with activities.

Your days on these hiking retreats in the Peak District will be filled but relaxing. The price includes two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides. The hikes are directly from the house, so explore the local area with the hike guides’ local knowledge and learn about UK history! Climb hills for expansive views of the rolling countryside, and on your return, enjoy a post-hike snack and delicious vegetarian and plant-based meals throughout your stay. oga to nourish both body and soul.

There are plenty of hikes to enjoy in the Peak District. Mam Tor, also known as the “Shivering Mountain,” stands tall and is one of the most iconic peaks in the Peak District. If you would like to find out more about other hikes please let us know.

Itinerary

On our Peak District retreats, Arrival is from 4 pm onwards. This allows time to settle in before the first yoga class and dinner.

The retreat will then end at 10 am on the last day after a shorter yoga class and brunch.

About the yoga

On our Peak District retreats, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate, everyone is welcome! Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with more restorative Yoga styles.

About the food

We are a Vegetarian / plant-based company and take great pride in creating incredible food on our retreats.

Our breakfasts are a mixture of savoury and sweet with eggs, yoghurt, bread and butter and milk with coffee/tea as well as plant-based options.

Lunch and dinner are more plant-based. Our chefs create diverse and imaginative menus that highlight the seasonality of local produce.

We can cater to all dietary requirements.

This Peak District retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing staycation in the UK to feel refreshed. Yoga to relax, healthy food and time out to rebalance. Beginners are welcome to join us, we love having yoga newbies! The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying up to 3.5hrs each time.
