Our mid-week August Peak District yoga retreat is the perfect short-stay adventure. Great for nature-loving yogis that want a more modern feel to their venue.
With 4 nights and 5 days from Monday to Friday, you have the chance to really switch off and feel rejuvenated and revived.
Stay in a modern and cosy converted cattle shed with all en-suite rooms and a panoramic view across a sweeping valley with bi-fold doors allowing nature to fuse with the space. Situated in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley area.
Our modern home for the Peak District retreat has all the cosy comforts you could ever need too. Plush sofas, outdoor seating and a firepit to stargaze from are all there for you to enjoy. Plus of course, the amazing views across the valley make for the perfect sunrise viewing with your morning cup of tea. The super comfy sofas are perfect to curl up with a book, or relax in the sun on one of the many sun loungers and chat with your new retreat friends.
Our days on this summer Peak District retreat will be filled but relaxing. Included in the price are two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides with the hikes directly from the house, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.

On our mid-week Summer Peak District yoga retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities from beginners to intermediate. Everyone is welcome! Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will enable deep relaxation with more restorative styles, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.

Join us in the rural gem of central England, the Peak District. The Peak District was England’s first ever National Park, established in 1951 and we can see why. A true walker haven, there is an almost endless supply of trails to explore through the rolling hills and deep valleys.
There is a real raw and wild feel to the Peak District. Covering over 550 square miles, the National Park boasts an array of landscapes, habitats, and environments for you to explore. Vast, open landscapes are broken up by deep valleys and quaint villages with their many wide rivers and streams creating the perfect place for a wild swim or to just to dip your toes.
All of this, and only a three-hour train journey from Central London.
You can choose to be as active or relaxed as you like on this yoga retreat in the Peak District. Enjoy the free guided hikes and then enjoy the grounds of the retreat to relax and take in the stunning view. If you fancy spending the day curled up in front of the fire with a book and tea, feel free.

On our mid-week Summer Peak District retreat, feel free to arrive from 4 pm on the first day to allow time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.
The retreat will end at 10 am on the final day after a shorter yoga class and brunch.
