Join us for a three-night weekend Peak District retreat at a stunning new venue in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley area. With views across the valleys of the Peak District, you will leave feeling like you have had a full escape away!
Our modern home for the Peak District retreat has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Plush sofas, warming fires and views from every window, of which there are a lot of! An abundance of seating areas both inside and outside means you will have plenty of space. Perfect to curl up with a book or chat with your new retreat friends!
Our days on this Peak District Retreat will be filled but relaxing! Included in the price are two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides directly from the house, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: For 2021 retreats post lockdown we asked for 2 lateral flow tests prior to the retreat. We will continue to do this in 2022 until further notice. That way we can attempt to create covid free retreats.

At our Peak District Retreat, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.
Over the 13 years that AY has been organising our bespoke retreats, we have always made sure that we work with exceptional yoga teachers who are dedicated to their practice and live and breathe yoga, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you will be inspired, relaxed and tensions dissolved by the end of your retreat with us.
On our autumn Peak District retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company! Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.
We can cater for any dietary needs so please let us know.
Charlotte's motivation is to share her passion for seasonal, plant-based ingredients and encourages guests to use their time on retreat to reconnect with their relationship to food. As a Pilates, Yoga teacher and Chef she believes that with a balanced approach to exercise, eating well, and making more mindful choices about how and what we consume, we can live a more nurturing, self-supporting and planet-friendly lifestyle.
This autumn Peak District Retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing staycation in the UK to refresh and revive after the crazy time of lockdown that we have been in. Yoga to relax, healthy food to cleanse, time out to rebalance. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages. The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying for 2 to 3.5hrs each time.
Men & Women
There is a real raw and wild feel to the Peak District. Covering over 550 square miles, the National Park boasts an array of landscapes, habitats, and environments for you to explore! Vast, open landscapes are broken up by deep valleys and quaint villages with its many wide rivers and streams creating the perfect place for a wild swim to just to dip your toes! All of this, and only a three-hour train journey from Central London!
You can choose to be as active or relaxed as you like on this yoga retreat! Enjoy the free guided hikes and then enjoy the grounds of the retreat to relax in and take in the stunning view! If you fancy spending the day curled up in front of the fire with a book and tea, feel free!
On our Peak District Retreat, arrival is from 4 pm. This allows time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.
The retreat will then end at 10am on the Monday after morning yoga and breakfast.
