Anytime is good to visit Madeira! If you visit Madeira from April to June or from September to November, during these months, the weather is mild and perfect for outdoor activities, while avoiding the peak tourist season. July and August are lovely times to visit as it isn't too hot and to escape the northern hemisphere winters December and prefer a mild climate December - March is nice too and don't forget about the fireworks display at new year!

We always recommend bringing a hairdryer if you think you are going to use one.
Check-in is 5pm on the arrival day and check-out is 10am. If your flight arrives before 5pm you can go into Funchal and explore or why not fly in the day before and enjoy the sights.
