Ieva Luna is a yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, rock climber and nature lover. She always says that ‘there is no right or wrong and the most important thing is to do what feels good to you’ during yoga practice. Specialising in creative and functional flow style yoga classes, Ieva has a  strong focus on anatomy and sustainability that ensures the well being of individual bodies and minds. Ieva loves to focus on movement exploration and on building strength in yoga asana practice. She also believes it’s important to cultivate a curious & playful attitude while exploring more challenging yoga postures! Her focus is to be in the present moment and the journey instead of the destination, both on and off the mat.
