With a background in dance since the age of the 3, Natalia’s language and self expression has always been through movement. Then in 2013, after a trip to India she found the true meaning of Yoga and brought the foundations of the practice into her daily life. Finding so much meaning and devotion to this sacred practice, she then travelled back a few years later to complete her 200YTT in Ashtanga & Vinyasa and more recently completing 50hrs in Mandala flow. The teachings have completely transformed her life, her relationship to self and to the world.
Natalia loves the feeling of freedom in the flow of movement “Nothing connects me more to myself then breathing and flowing freely on my mat” She believes when we practice yoga we tap into our inner essence and move from a place of love, spreading positivity and high vibe energy out to the universe.. This is what she aims to bring to all her students in all of her classes.
Her style is physically creative, fluid and playful. Her aim is to empower students of all abilities and does so by encouraging them to explore and push their boundaries whilst simultaneously reconnecting with their mind, body, breath and heart.
