May is a beautiful time to go to Sardinia, the crowds haven't flooded the beaches yet and the much needed warmth of the sunshine after a long winter will leave you feeling relaxed and energised. Can’t make this date? We have three retreats dates in September/October, for an Indian summer holiday – find out more here.
Join us for a week of sun, sand, turquoise sea, Italian culture and hospitality on our yoga holiday in Sardinia. You will stay on the north coast, just west of the pretty town of Santa Teresa Di Gallura in a villa overlooking the sea with its own private pool. This yoga holiday is one to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the place.
Situated about 1.5 hours from Olbia and not far from the stunning Islands of the Maddalena archipelago, famous for their turquoise waters. We highly recommend enjoying a day of sailing around this archipelago to experience the turquoise waters Sardinia is known for.
On this 7-night springtime yoga holiday in Sardinia it’s time to relax in the early spring sunshine and feel the warmth of the sun’s rays. May is one of the best times in Sardinia; the locals are happy to see the summer begin, the sun is not so hot and you’ll have the beaches to yourself.
We have an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers or a 5-minute walk away is the closest sandy beach with a little bay 150m in front of the villa if you fancy a quick dip nearby.
You can relax by the pool or on the beach and unwind. We will take you to Santa Teresa, a walk along the coastline in the local area and if you want to, enjoy a day trip on a boat around the Maddalena islands.
On either side of all the activities during the day there will, of course, be yoga. Experience this in a variety of outdoor and indoor spaces.
Your food will be made by our local Sardinian chef and you will enjoy breakfast, brunch and evening meals. The food will be vegetarian and we can offer vegan and other dietary requirements also.
