It is famed for its beauty, history, culture and amazing food but what isn’t so well known is its beautiful landscapes and variety of landscapes, from the Dolomite mountain range in the north to the Tuscan hills in the middle and south and beautiful beaches all along both sides of the boot.

Our yoga retreats in Italy in 2026 are in Sicily which is known for it’s beautiful coastline, ancient ruins and volcanic soil.
