Natasha Lincoln
Natasha has always been interested in Spirituality and Wellbeing and found Yoga as a personal practice in 2002.
When she reached her 40’s, Natasha left her longstanding career in Financial services to train as a Holistic Therapist and an Integral Hatha Yoga teacher in India. Natasha has always been active through regular running, walking and cycling and through Yoga she has found a passion for stillness through meditation, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Natasha has a soft nurturing personality and everything she offers comes from a place of experience and love and is aimed to nourish your mind, body and soul and provide you with connection. Her Yoga sessions are intuitive, weaving in the fire of Hatha to the watery flow of Yin; also incorporating breathwork, Mudra and Mantras.
Natasha greatly believes that everything we need already lies within us. Through Yoga and her other modalities, Natasha aims to provide tools and guidance so you feel empowered to trust your own intuition and take the steps you need towards your personal health and wellness goals.
