Gizella Boloni
Gizella is a dedicated yogi and registered nutritionist and is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing, with a particular interest in women’s health. Gizella has practised yoga for over 10 years and she loves the playful flow with a focus on pranayama and finding balance on the mat in a safe and accessible way. In Gizella’s classes, she often includes the elements of nature, energy and the moon. Yoga means a lifelong learning experience for Gizella and her training continues with regularly attending workshops, retreats and working towards finishing her 500h TTC.
