Situated a stone’s throw from the beach with sea views from the yoga space, indulge in up to 3.5 hrs of yoga a day, be guided along the coastal paths exploring stunning and try a surf lesson with instruction and equipment – all included in the price of this retreat.
Early October is always a beautiful time to be in Cornwall, the sea is at its warmest and the crowds are gone. Enjoy all sorts of activities like Surfing, coastal walking, sea swimming.
With a super modern but homely feel, our Cornwall base is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful coastal path is right on the doorstep. There is so much to explore!
Feel free to relax and unwind or get involved with the activities. Both the yoga space and the dining room boast incredible sea views down the coast so you always have something wonderful to gaze out onto!
There is a mix of single occupancy and shared rooms available.

At our yoga retreat Cornwall, a shared twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.
On our Cornwall yoga retreat in October, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate. Everyone is welcome! We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone.
Our yoga classes take place in the large, first-floor living space providing us with a stunning view out to sea.

There is plenty to see and do in Cornwall, or you can just relax at our gorgeous venue, walking distance to the beach and with direct access to the South West Coastal Path.
Your Cornwall yoga retreat will begin at 4 pm on the first day with our opening yoga class at 6 pm.
On the last day, checkout is at 09:30.
Our days will roll like our yoga classes do, a slow flow blend of movement and relaxation that makes the most of the stunning location we are in.
Coastal path walks and surfing is all within walking distance of the front door meaning you can make your time with us as adventurous or relaxing as you wish!
