Join us for our October mid-week Cornwall yoga retreat, UK. This intimate retreat, with a maximum of 9 guests, is the ideal way to spend a 3 night weekend.

Situated a stone’s throw from the beach with sea views from the yoga space, indulge in 4 hours of yoga a day and be guided along the coastal paths and explore fishing villages and be in awe of stunning sunsets right from your yoga studio!

Early October is always a beautiful time to be in Cornwall, the sea is at it’s warmest, the sun is out, the crowds are gone.  Enjoy all sorts of activities like Surfing, coastal walking, SUP, sea swimming.

With a super modern but homely feel, our Cornwall base is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful coastal path is right on the doorstep. There is so much to explore!

Feel free to relax and unwind or get involved with the hikes or even a surf lesson. Our yoga classes look out to sea so you can soak up as much of the view as possible, as does the dining room!

There is a mix of single occupancy and twin rooms available.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:  For 2021 retreats post lockdown we asked for 2 lateral flow tests prior to the retreat. We will continue to do this in 2022 until further notice. That way we can attempt to create covid free retreats.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please buy a travel insurance policy that works for you for any unforeseen circumstances and with a covid policy – even for UK retreats travel insurance is necessary.

At our yoga retreat Cornwall, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability. A triple room is for 3 people with three single beds.

About the yoga

On our October mid-week Cornwall yoga retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practised at adapting the class for everyone’s level.

Our yoga classes take place in the large, first-floor living space providing us with a stunning view out to sea. If the weather allows, we will hopefully take a morning practice down to the beach!

About the food

We are a plant-based company and take great pride in creating incredible food on our retreats! Our chefs create diverse and imaginative menus that really highlight the seasonality of local produce. We are able to cater to all dietary requirements.

Itinerary

Your October mid-week Cornwall yoga retreat will begin at 4 pm on the first day with our opening yoga class at 6 pm.

On the last day, checkout is at 10 am.

Our days will roll like our yoga classes do, a slow flow blend of movement and relaxation that makes the most of the stunning location we are in.

Coastal path walks and surfing is all within walking distance and SUP-ing is also available locally. You can make your time with us as adventurous or relaxing as you wish.
