For 2024 we are starting our Costa Rica yoga adventure in Arenal National Park, where one of the active volcanos is, Mount Arenal. In addition, Costa Rica is known for its delicious coffee and chocolate, which are produced locally and are a must-try for visitors. We recommend booking for longer and planning a tour so that you see as much of this special country as you can. If you choose to do this you might want to fly to Liberia with Tui which flies weekly so you can go for 2 weeks instead of 10 days.

Direct the flight is around 12 hours. Indirect, go via NYC, Canada and it can take 16 - 20 hours with one stop over.

As it is two locations, expect the first few nights to be active and adventurous, then once you get to Nosara you an expect expect chilled out vibes, daily yoga, fresh coconut water, plenty of surfing, new adventures, incredible food and happy memories!
Absolutely not! We welcome beginners and experienced yogis on all of our retreats. Our amazing yoga teachers will adapt any movements to suit your level.

No! The venue is kitted out with yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters so you don't need to bring anything.
Arenal:
The average temperature in Arenal Volcano National Park in January/February for a typical day ranges from a high of 85°F (30°C) to a low of 69°F (20°C). Some would describe it as pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze.
Nosara: It is the dry season in Costa Rica and it is a great time to be there after a long cold and dark winter in the UK and anywhere in the northern hemisphere. It is around 35 degrees celsius in the day and 30 at night.

Arenal: Enjoy yoga twice a day, a day out walking in the Arenal National park to see the volcano up close and a walk taking in the famous hanging bridges. The next day enjoy a thermal hot springs experience from the volcano.
Nosara: As the venue is right next to the beach you can enjoy the pacific ocean every day! Try surfing. Extra activities that we highly recommend booking are the zip line excursion if you are an adrenalin junkie and the quad bike tour and coffee plantation tour are really fun. Be prepared to get caked in orange dust.
