You can come by car and from London, it takes about 2 hours. By train, you go to Downham Market and it is about 35 minutes away. We recommend booking your train at the recommended train times on our website (see 'how to get there' section at the bottom of the Norfolk page) to share taxis.

Not for this retreat. As it is a retreat centre they provide yoga mats, blocks, bricks and straps. If you like to use anything else or prefer your own mat please bring it with you.

This venue is not just a house and a garden, there is so much more to it! A retreat centre, the grounds are extensive with a swimming lake, meandering paths leading to a Japanese garden and new for 2021 a garden cafe where they make delicious food, have coffee and cake and is a place to meet other people staying there. We are contained in our retreat group for meals, yoga and accommodation.
