Sarah has a wealth of culinary experience and draws from innovative cooking methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and dietary theories like Ayurveda, paleo, gluten-free, lectin free, raw, vegetarian, plant based, macrobiotic and many more in between.
Sarah has a focus on intuitive eating, self care, healthy living and holistic wellness. Growing up her family chose to be self sufficient, growing everything where possible from scratch, avoiding shopping at supermarkets and eliminating processed foods completely.
She’s lived in Cornwall since 2010 where she has sharpened her skills in the local food scene, learnt to forage for local ingredients and has been working full time as a personal chef for the last 4 years. It’s always been her goal to spread health, wellness and the joy of cooking with more people.
