"Thank you, Adventure Yogi and team for another soul-nourishing weekend away from it all!! The Norfolk estate was so tranquil and just beautiful, starting the day with a silent walk around the lake, yoga with Marie was nothing less than magical and then nourishing heartwarming meals with fresh fruit and vegetables, it was simply an amazing experience and I was so happy to be able to connect with fellow yogis!! Highly recommend AY retreats for us all on this journey of seeking meaning and purpose in our lives, it’s a space to find stillness and wholeness!"
