Yoga Retreats in Sussex

Tucked away in the High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our East Sussex retreat venue offers a peaceful setting for yoga and wellness retreats just under 1 hour by train from London. Surrounded by hills and woodland, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside.

Located near the historic village of Mayfield, this 12-acre private estate is a hidden gem for retreats in Sussex. The grounds are home to free-roaming alpacas, sheep, chickens, and peacocks. With gardens and cosy fire pits, the setting is the perfect place to reset during the quieter winter months.

The accommodation includes a mix of restored barns, eco-lodges, and farmhouse rooms. There are indoor and outdoor areas, including a large yoga barn and infrared sauna.

On our New Year yoga retreat this East Sussex venue provides the ideal setting. Walk through the surrounding countryside, time in the sauna, nourishing meals, and space to reflect make it one of the most peaceful retreat locations.
