Chloe Horsfield

Chloe is a warm and creative cook with a deep love of travel, global food cultures and bringing people together. Her work is guided by care, balance and simplicity, with an emphasis on creating spaces that feel nourishing. She approaches cooking and hosting with a calm, attentive presence, allowing guests to be at ease.

On retreat, Chloe creates a gentle rhythm through food and shared moments. Her cooking is vibrant, nutritious and inspired by flavours from around the world, prepared with attention to seasonal produce. Her meals are designed to support both energetic adventure as well as the more restful moments on retreat. Guests will leave feeling nourished, grounded and inspired to continue the nourishing, plant based cooking at home.

Chloe’s path into retreat work has grown from a desire to live more intentionally and to share the grounding power of food and creativity. Travel has shaped her perspective and palate, while years of hosting have shown her how shared meals can foster connection, trust and belonging. She is drawn to retreat environments for a love of community based living, and feels this is closely aligned with Adventure Yogi’s values of responsibility, accessibility and care.

Alongside cooking, Chloe brings a broader creative practice into her work. She also does floristry, fashion jewellery design and other creative pursuits that filter in to her cooking.
