Spend the day on our Lake District hiking yoga retreats with our regular hike guides, which we have worked with since 2013. Their knowledge of the Lake District is vast, so the hikes have become a history and geography lesson!

After a full day hiking, you can unwind in the yoga shala on this Lake District yoga retreat to soothe tired muscles after being so active throughout the day with a gentle yin, restorative and yoga nidra class.

It is a vegetarian/vegan B&B that has a selection of hotel style en-suite rooms in the main building and then in separate out buildings in the grounds.

Yes, you do. As it is not a designated yoga venue they do not provide equipment. Please bring what you may need for your practice

The Lake District is a much more intermediate hiking area and so we suggest the hiking level being of intermediate level and good level of fitness.

Yes - hiking boots (that aren't new) are a must and also wet wand warm weather gear; waterproof trousers and jacket, a water bottle, hat, suncream, warm layers and smaller layers like a t-shirt so you can manage getting hotter as you go up and cooler as you go down. A backpack to put it all in.

You can come by train to Lake Windermere train station - 4 hours from London and then a taxi which is about 20 minutes from the venue.
