Goldie Fiddian-Green
Goldie has a deep passion for hosting meaningful experiences and creating spaces where people can come together to nurture their well-being. Growing up on a farm in the countryside, she was always surrounded by nature, which shaped her deep connection to the earth.
Goldie’s journey with yoga led her to Rishikesh, India, where she immersed herself in traditional Ashtanga and Hatha practices while traveling and exploring. Goldie’s teaching style continues to evolve, blending the strength of Ashtanga with the fluidity of vinyasa flow to create a dynamic yet grounding practice. In her classes, she guides students through pranayama breathing techniques, meditation, and asana flow, always ensuring time for deep relaxation—allowing the body and mind to truly absorb the practice.
Alongside yoga, Goldie’s love for herbal medicine sparked a deeper exploration into plant science, food, and nutrition, naturally leading her to cultivate her own vegetables and embrace a more sustainable way of living. Goldie spent years working outdoors, learning the rhythms of the land, and was fortunate to work at Heckfield Home Farm’s biodynamic market garden, where she helped grow a diverse range of fruits and vegetables in harmony with the moon’s cycles.
For the past three years, Goldie has been immersed in the retreat world—curating and hosting experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and find balance. Now, in partnership with Adventure Yogi, Goldie is excited to continue this journey, bringing together movement, nourishment, and creativity in a way that feels both grounding and expansive. Whether on the mat, in the garden, or gathered in community, Goldie’s hope is to offer spaces where people feel truly connected—to themselves, to each other, and to the natural world.
