Come and enjoy the Queens Jubilee double bank holiday this June at our beautiful eco-retreat centre in Norfolk. Stay from Monday – Friday and enjoy the two bank holidays on Thursday and Friday on retreat with us.
Our guests love it here and we have been running our yoga retreats here for 12 years. As an eco-retreat centre, everything has been built with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. There is a swimming lake where you can row boats, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a newly developed meandering garden with paths, a Japanese garden and fire pits to stargaze in the evenings. New for 2021 is a garden kitchen cafe using all their own vegetables from their organic garden. Find a connection to nature in the expansive grounds and find connection with new people, and reconnect to you and feel rested and calm.
Enjoy a guided walk to Castle Acre and the next day take a day trip to Holkham beach.
On the final day relax in the grounds and enjoy a yoga workshop and indulge in a massage.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: For 2021 retreats post lockdown we asked for 2 lateral flow tests prior to the retreat. We will continue to do this in 2022 until further notice. That way we can attempt to create covid free retreats.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend taking out travel insurance on all of our retreats, even UK ones, so that you are covered for any unforeseen circumstance that means you are unable to join us.
At our Norfolk Retreat, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.
Over the 13 years that AY has been organising our bespoke retreats, we have always made sure that we work with exceptional yoga teachers who are dedicated to their practice and live and breathe yoga, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you will be inspired, relaxed and tensions dissolved by the end of your retreat with us.
Morning yoga on your August bank holiday yoga retreat Norfolk:
During your yoga retreat in Norfolk, you will be treated to 2 x 2-hour classes a day. Enjoy an energising flow class in the morning to increase flexibility and strength while making you feel relaxed, leaving plenty of time for meditation and savasana. Get what you need from each class by going inward and really listening to your inner wisdom so that you can nourish and revive in the individual way that you need.
Evening yoga on your August bank holiday yoga retreat Norfolk:
The evening yoga class will be more restorative finding yourself in longer holds, allowing the body to open up in its own time. Feel grounded, calm and nourished from the evening practice.
If it is warm and sunny yoga will be outside
Indulge in four hours of yoga a day
Relax by the swimming lake and read a book
Take a dip in the swimming lake or take the row boat out

New for 2022 our eco-retreat centre is taking over the food from their newly built garden cafe and veggie growing plots.
They will provide amazing vegan/veggie menus with organic food fresh from their garden that is grown biodynamically. The whole menu and ingredients are organic and will be a medley of colour and flavours in each meal.
Once you have enjoyed the walk or yoga workshop why not try out a cake and cappuccino at the new garden cafe.
This mid-week May bank holiday yoga retreat Norfolk is suitable for anyone who'd like a weekend away with wellness, healthy food and Yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as all ages.
Men & Women
The yoga retreat starts from 4 pm on Monday so that you can settle in and relax before the yoga class that starts at 6 pm – 8 pm and then dinner.
We finish at 11 am on Friday after the usual morning schedule and breakfast.
