May is the perfect time to enjoy our yoga retreat in Norfolk. The sun and warmth of summer has arrived and has given the grounds of this stunning venue time to flourish so that it radiates colours of lush green, sparkling blue from the lake, reds, oranges and purples of the wild flowers throughout.
We love it here and have been running our yoga retreats here for 14 years! As an eco-retreat centre, everything has been built with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. There is a swimming lake where you can row boats, a newly developed meandering garden with paths, a Japanese garden and fire pits to stargaze in the evenings. Plus an outdoor heated swimming pool and a and firepit for stargazing evening sessions if the weather allows.
There is also a garden cafe where you can enjoy real coffee and cake and watch the world go by.
Find a connection to nature in the expansive and beautiful grounds. Enjoy meeting new people, and reconnect to yourself. Relax and release the tensions and stresses of everyday life.
Enjoy a guided walk to castle Acre and the next day take a day trip to Holkham beach if you came by car.

Shared Twin/ Double Rooms – On all of our retreats, twin or doubles rooms mean two people sharing. If you book one space, you will be sharing with another guest.

Morning yoga on your late May bank holiday yoga retreat in Norfolk:
During your yoga retreat in Norfolk, you will be treated to 2 x 2-hour classes a day. Enjoy an energising flow class in the morning to increase flexibility and strength while making you feel relaxed, leaving plenty of time for meditation and savasana. Get what you need from each class by going inward and really listening to your inner voice and wisdom so that you can nourish and revive in the individual way that you need.
Evening yoga in Norfolk:
The evening yoga class will be more restorative finding yourself in longer holds, allowing the body to open up in its own time. Feel grounded, calm and nourished from the evening practice.

Searching for yoga in Norfolk? Escape to the rolling landscape of North Norfolk, our nearest town is Swaffham and old market town and the beaches of Holkham and Wells-by-the-sea are a 30 minute drive away.
The surrounding area of our wellness retreat in Norfolk is deep in peaceful countryside with market towns dotted around due to the county being mostly farming for centuries.
We take you on a walk to Castle Acre which is an old castle with an old monastery that was burnt down when King Henry the VIII took down the catholic church. It is a pretty village steeped in history and the walk is picturesque.
The yoga and wellness venue is a sustainably run retreat centre with the environment at the heart of what they do. The grounds are a beauty to see with a Japanese Garden, paths weaving in and out of woodland with benches to sit and enjoy the best views. There are a swimming lake and a swimming pool and fire pits for evening gatherings. It’s not just a house and a garden, it is so much more,
Only 2 hours from London and with easy access to the north and midlands it is perfectly situated for everyone seeking a meditation retreat in Norfolk.
The yoga retreat starts from 4 pm on Friday so that you can settle in and relax before the yoga class that starts at 6 pm – 8 pm and then dinner.
The retreat finishes at 10 am on Monday after the usual morning schedule and breakfast.
