Our Kent yoga retreat venue is new for 2023. We are situated near Sevenoaks in an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by fields and woodland.
June is a beautiful time to be here – the flowers are blooming, the veggie patches are healthy, wild strawberries are everywhere and the woodlands are abundant and green. Relax in the gorgeous garden, enjoy a fire pit and star gazing at night. Explore the grounds and enjoy yoga in the ancient barn or on the lawns.
This venue is special to us because it is an established organic farm and regenerative 500-acre estate that produces 50% of its own energy and has a commitment to biodiversity and self-sufficiency. Looking after the environment and people is at the core of what they do.

At our yoga retreat in Kent, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.
Over the 13 years that AY has been organising our bespoke retreats, we have always made sure that we work with exceptional yoga teachers who are dedicated to their practice and live and breathe yoga, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you will be inspired, relaxed and tensions dissolved by the end of your retreat with us.
On our summer Kent yoga retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practiced at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
Whether it be Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin or others, all classes cover pranayama, asanas and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, and clarity, and to promote a peaceful mind. Morning sessions are a more dynamic practice and the evening sessions are gentle with lots of stretches, meditation and relaxation.

Our wellness retreat in Kent is sandwiched between Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells in the Wealden countryside, an area of outstanding natural beauty and rejuvenating countryside.
Our mornings will start with yoga and delicious vegan breakfast. After that, feel free to explore the prominent landmarks of Canterbury Cathedral, St. Augustine’s Abbey, and the White Cliffs of Dover.
The village of Chiddingstone is close by and is known as the oldest village in Kent and is testament to the rich cultural and historical heritage of England.

On our Kent yoga retreat, it begins at 4pm with time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00pm. The retreat ends at 12pm on the Sunday after morning yoga and brunch.
