Tara runs an award-winning catering business in the UK specialising in veganising classic dishes with no compromise on flavour, texture & enjoyment! She has worked as a personal chef for companies such as: ASOS, Netflix, LUSH, Sweaty Betty & Greenpeace, curating unique menus that inspire people to eat colourful, comforting & nourishing food all derived from plants. She regularly caters for private functions such as Film & TV sets, weddings & corporate events & hosts monthly vegan supperclubs at local restaurants. She has stocked independent cinemas & wholefood stores in Australia with ready-to-eat sweet treats; her cooking workshops are available both online & in-person for those who wish to expand their skills in a relaxed & welcoming environment.
Tara prides herself on creating dishes that debunk the myth that plant-based food is boring & tasteless; she has been awarded the prestigious ‘Kate D’arcy award for customer service’ in addition to ‘Community Oriented Business of the Year’ in the process & most certainly puts the ‘treat’ in ‘retreat’!
