Charlie is a yoga teacher and retreat chef who grew up in the Peak District, surrounded by nature and a love for sustainable living. With a zero-waste policy and a commitment to using seasonal ingredients, Charlie is passionate about reducing environmental damage through food. After working in restaurants and discovering a love for making pasta when she worked for Angela Hartnett, Charlie moved into retreat catering, which allowed her to combine her love for nutritious food and travel. Charlie’s family played a big role in developing her passion for food, particularly her sisters, who would bake with her when she was little.
Charlie’s mission is to create delicious, healthy food that nourishes the body and soul. Whether teaching yoga or cooking for retreats, Charlie is dedicated to helping others lead happier, healthier lives. In her free time, you can find her hiking in the countryside, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time feeding her friends and family.
