Our modern home for the Peak District retreat has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Enjoy plush sofas, outdoor seating, and a firepit to stargaze and stunning views. Perfect to curl up with a book, relax in the sun or chat with your new retreat friends.
Our days on this August bank holiday weekend Peak District yoga retreat will be filled but relaxing. Included in the price are two guided hikes with qualified mountain guides. The hikes are directly from the venue, enjoy delicious plant-based meals, and wonderful yoga to nourish both body and soul. And you have a day off to relax and enjoy other sights.

Shared Twin/ Double Rooms – At our Peak District Retreat, a twin/double room is for two people sharing either two single beds or a double bed. If this option isn’t available on the website please email us to ask for availability.
On our mid-week August bank holiday Peak District retreat, the classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate level. Everyone is welcome. Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.

All of our retreat chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their craft. We have always been a vegan/vegetarian company. Expect delicious and creative brunch, lunch, and 2-course evening meal. Each meal will be balanced to keep you energised all day.
This mid-week Summer Peak District yoga retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like a relaxing break in the UK to refresh and revive. Yoga to relax, healthy food and time out to rebalance. Beginners are welcome, we love yoga newbies. The hikes are suitable for all levels with the times varying up to 3.5hrs each time.

On our 4 night weekend August Peak District yoga retreat, arrive from 4 pm on Friday to allow time to settle in before the first yoga class at 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm.
The retreat will end on Tuesday at 10 am after an hour yoga class and brunch.
